It appears as though the tester misunderstood the command format requirements.

For editing patient information, only the parameters that you want to be edited should be included in the edit command. For the attributes that remain the same, they should not be in the edit command. Thus, it makes no sense for a user to change the NRIC of a person to the exact same value.

Moreover, if the patient is not added by the user who is editing, the user who is not editing may enter all the information of the patient to ensure the information is correct. It would be be inconvenience if it is necessary for the user to compare the information mannually
