[x] list of all nodes
[x] list of all root nodes (calculated from list of all nodes and parent-child relations of nodes)
[x] function to check for circular dependencies
- [ ] trigger function and show warning if circular dependency detected
[ ] function to add a new node

So uhm, I've gotten some new data, and this data structure is going through a full rewrite 😅
