xdelta-1.1.4 binaries #123

Are there ANY windows compatible binaries for xdelta-1.1.4 available?  I've 
googled and found a precompiles 1.1.3 that had issues (probably very old 
libraries/compiler) when dealing with certain files.  Since you've already got 
a compiler environment setup already, can the author build x32 and/or x64 
binaries for xdelta-1.1.4?  I have some files that gives MUCH better results 
using xdelta-1.1.x...  thanks..

If 1.1.x is giving you better results, there are xdelta3 flags that will give 
you the same results.  Please see
