xdelta-3.0.2 FTBFS

What steps will reproduce the problem?

./configure
make
[...]
xdelta3-main.h:2164: error: storage size of ‘sa’ isn’t known
[...]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.2 as downloaded from here, on Fedora9/x86

Please provide any additional information below.

Output of configure (configure.out), config.log and output after issuing make 
(make.out) are attached. It is somehow not  getting the struct sigaction 
defitition.
