New VC 2010 dependencymakes xdelta useless on systems without VC++ 2010 runtime installed #152

Previous versions of Xdelta 3 had no VC dependency, and was working on any
system withou vc runtime libs installed. Now it fails on some system that have
no vc 2010 libs and that makes xdelta less universal solution, because now,
before running xdelta from my installers, i need to make sure that user have VC
2010 installed or perform silent installation to be 100% sure that its
installed.

My question is - was it SO necessary to make new version of XD dependent from
VC 2010? Could anyone provide compiled version without VC 2010 imports, and
what was the last version that had no VC 2010 dependency?

Sorry, this was unintentional. I am not a Windows expert, nor a Visual Studio
power user.

However, I think I have it done now, see the latest 3.0.5 x86-64 release, it
should be static.

Thanks, that fixed issue but only for 64 bit, i need XD for 32 bit systems as
well, there is no 32 bit version of 3.0.5 available, could make it to as well?
