xdelta 3.0.5 - missing 32 binary in downloads #154

Subject explains it. 
Thank you for removing VC 2010 dependency but provided binary only 64 bit and 
32 bit (which works in 32 and 64 bit Windows, while 64 bit one works only in 
64, which makes 32 bit version universal and better for compatibility) binary 
needed ASAP.
Could you please provide us 32 bit version and in future compile and upload 
both versions in same time?
