test fails #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. xdelta30i.x86-32.exe test
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
guess i would expect the test not to call the unix cp command when its the 
windows version runing.

xdelta3: testing force_behavior...'cp' is not recognized as an internal or 
external command,
operable program or batch file.
 failed: abnormal command termination: XD3_INTERNAL

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
30i on windows xp pro with sp2

I will fix the test to avoid POSIX-specific features on WIN32. Thanks.
