Removed Server (no need yet?)

Hey, I'm currently working on a new version (with more features), so for now I won't merge this. You're right, the server isn't available yet but when it will I want to have the app ready.

The server will have a config, so you won't need an executable to launch the server with the desired freq.

Maybe we will not need the freq options but I guess to start the server you'll need to set something like "-server" or it has its own executable which the launcher can run.
