Lootdrops don't work #7

Change the timing of loot drops to be more frequent-- perhaps base it on amount of players in the world?

There is an error being thrown in console, check it, yo.

/ot lootdrop random throws errors as well- check for errors after GasterSenpai executs the command

This is literally crashing the server. Trying to find a Y value still times it out.

No idea why I ever thought trying to randomly find the Y value would be faster, or even viable. I now just start at the top and keep going down
