Update pipeline.yml outline in tutorial

The basic ingestion tutorial incorporates longer sections of the pipeline.yml configuration file and displays parts of the file (comments) that were removed during the simplification process of the configuration files. As discussed, I have adjusted the tutorial to accurately reflect these changes. Specifically, I made the following two modifications:

• Deleted sections of the shown pipeline.yml files that were removed during simplification.
• Added a note to the section on how to prepare the configuration file, which includes a link to the additional documentation page explaining all parameters in detail.

The other three ingestion tutorials (multimodal, multiome, mouse data) do not include longer commented sections of the respective pipeline.yml files that would require simplification. Therefore, no action is needed for those tutorials.
