adding webpages for config files #39

@Lilly-May i've added explicit webpages rendering each of the configuration files so it's easier to visually inspect if the need updating. please add your review!

I think that's a great idea! I would also suggest modifying the section in the pipeline.yml parameter documentation file at the top, where we provide links to all the different versions of the respective file. Currently, I believe we only have that for ingestion. On that note, one thing to consider is whether we want to add a page to display the default (not pre-filled) pipeline.yml, as that file is also linked in the yaml docs. However, I'm not sure if that's feasible, since the default pipeline.yml file is hosted on the panpipes repo and not here...
