Provide support for dynamic DNS service (eg DynDns and similar). #28

Check if RemoteAdmin ip_access_addresses support domain names.

Worse case, 0.0.0.0 used that allows all IP adresses to access RemoteAdmin module. There is still the password for security.

v1.11 has a sort of work around.

When IP address changes, update 'Setup' screen for all instances using the 'Get IP' button and re-run Step 3 of Setup.

Shutdown OpenSim via the Stop Console and restart them all with the single button start.
