Using the "Contact email" address, the create member API should send a welcome email to new members containing at least the following:

Links (How to denhac, How to pay, email addresses ectra)
cc managers
Managers email addresses
Google calendar link
Access card may take several weeks to be activated
Links to IRC and Slack channels
