Cleaned up blacklist code & prevents autosave from failing to load when other buttons/control sticks are held.

Normally if a user tries to hold down the select button to load an autosave, they need to not press any other button, including the control stick, otherwise the autosave won't load. This eases that limitation, allowing other buttons to be held while still checking and ensuring select is being held before loading an autosave.
