Validation Bug Fixes

[ColeQuil]

• Removed Game Base in Validation (Caused too many outcomes)
• Thread.Sleep made longer as loading the game would not find a correct version
• Added easier Debugging for Versions Not Found

(Apologies Denho, this is the last time it is fiddled with for now. Bugs should be all gone.)
