Send items from a mailbox in town #22

Toying with the idea of adding a mailbox in Pierre's shop. This would be where you interact to compose letters to other farms.

Possible additions to this;

sending a letter may require paying money (5g)
mail is only sent at the end of the day
maybe an event needs to occur before the mail service starts working (week 2 in a new game)
