Bug: Habit timer doesnt tick #32

When I schedule an "Active Habit" for a particular time OR if I schedule a habit and I tap the start button the timer does not actually tick down to show progresssion.

Device: Galaxy A53 One UI Version: 6.1 Android Version: 14

Hi Marshall. A little more context would help in debugging the issue. After you launch the app,are you able to see a notification? Also have you tried another habit?

I did not try another habit initially. Only the default habit after choosing to focus on Journal My Thoughts. I never got a notification regarding the habit time starting either.

Thank you for your feedback. I have narrowed down the issue to Android 14. There is an issue with background work which I am working on.
