Mark Favorite Articles for Easy Access Later

Value Proposition

As a User, I want to mark articles as favorites so that I can easily find and read them later.

Description

A favorite button or icon will be placed next to each article on the main screen, allowing users to mark articles for later reading. A separate favorites page will display all the marked articles, along with navigation to other sections of the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each article on the main screen has a favorite button or icon.
• Clicking the favorite button marks the article and provides visual feedback (e.g., changes the color of the icon).
• A favorites page displays all the articles marked as favorites, including navigation at the bottom of the page.
• Users can unmark favorites from the main screen or the favorites page.

Tasks

• Create a favorite button component.
• Implement functionality to mark and unmark articles as favorites.
• Store marked articles in local storage.
• Implement the favorites page to display all marked articles.
• Design and implement the navigation.
• Implement routing functionality for navigating between pages.

Hi Denis, there seems to be a lost format in your userstory-template. The first three lines (name, about and labe) should not appear in the US itself. I think you deleted some markdown-formats in the template.

I recommend to give the US a good title (not just 'US2') that tells, what it is all about. What you do not mention in the acceptance-criteria and in the tasks is the navigation at the bottom of the page. Please add it there.
