New tab doesn't get created on first app load #37

The app settings don't exist, and it just won't create a new tab. entering a reference crashes the app.

This problem is actually caused when the app is closed with a New tab, the reopened. Because the SavedTabs.xml file can be read without an exception, it doesn't create the New tab by default.
