[ ] Add tooltips for each Magic or Tech Item
[ ] Properly balance interchangeable resources to make sure they can be accessed by both teams.
[x] Implement a selector when joining the world for the first time. Probably will require to use Origins or KubeJS internal GameStage system.

Still requires tooltips for each magic and tech item. Probably this will be implemented later in 0.9.6+.
