Missed vs Incoming SMS Notifications #54

There needs to be different event notifications for the SMS Service, similar to what the Call Service has.

As it is now, you cannot tell the difference between the notification for a new incoming sms message, and a repeat notification for an unread sms message, since the same notification is used for both types.

Some background... I use an sms popup app, so I don't always read my new sms messages in my main sms app, since I can read them on the popups without even touching my phone, which leaves the messages marked as "unread". When I have time to respond then I will, but in case I forget then Missed-Call can remind me. However, I don't want the "new message" sound or vibrate to play for reminders. I need a different sound and/or vibrate for reminders.

This is exactly what i'm looking for. I want a diffrent sound for incomming sms and missed sms.
