Adoption of package/module standards

• Adopted python package/module standards:

  • Reorganised folders.
  • Added / updated init.py.
  • Defined all everywhere needed.
  • Refactored code wherever necessary to comply with these changes.

• Fixed hard coded path to prob_model_path:

  • Modified constructor of Prob3dPose to receive prob_model_path.
  • Modified constructor of PoseEstimator to receive prob_model_path.
  • Refactored code wherever necessary to comply with these changes.

• Fixed Mutable Default Arguments, which is a common "Python Gotcha" that leads to unexpected behaviour. Please refer to the topic Mutable Default Arguments in The Hitchiker's Guide to Python website.

• We ran 2 automated code analysis then we added a series of TODOS for potential errors/issues: Please review all TODO comments we left in the code and address them if necessary. We used both [Anaconda Linting] (http://damnwidget.github.io/anaconda/IDE/) and PyCharm code inspection.

• Adjusted style wherever necessary to comply with the PEP8 style guide.

• Others:

  • Updated .gitignore.
  • Removed unused argument cam_matrix from Prob3dPose and found several others. Please refer to this link as a reference that we use to try to inspect code and find potential problems.
  • Paths in demo.pt are now defined using constants and those are written with respect to the project root.
