Slightly forgot some stuff so it ended up being 7 parts, but:
Even more enchantment changes, just commented it out for now till we can figure out what to do (was already mostly commented out anyway).
Most enchantment-related logic needed some changes, did some basic testing and it seemed to work fine + one TODO on EntityTag.weapon_damage.
Small bug-fix in PlayerHelper#refreshPlayer to send more info & make it not show Loading world... for too long.
Other than that just the general random stuff changing around.

Not sure if what I did in FishingHelper is correct? it needs to take the item now, but FishingTrait seems to work with no fishing rod at all and methods like getRandomReward seem to just pass in a blank item.
