Clarification on how to update Broker's commission report for agents #193

In the current production code, if the broker runs a commission report, each client shown is broken down by campaign.

Questions:

  1. Is the current breakdown by campaign useful? Brokers don't pay commissions to campaigns, commissions are paid to agents. So I would assume that it would be more useful to breakdown by agents rather than campaigns.
  2. Are we ok with changing the breakdown from campaigns to agents/subagents?

Commissions are now going to be shown with child sub-rows.
