Production Report shows activity, isn't being displayed in Commission Report #240

Example: Rotary International (logged in as Broker):

  1. Rotary shows multiple transactions with member savings: Rotary-prodRep

  2. Commission Report on Rotary shows no Commissions owed or any activity for that matter: Rotary-commRep

As a consequence, the Agent that brought this Client in (Rita Esterly), isn't showing any commission owed.
