Add settings to toggle visibility of multiple raids #123

Next season there will be 3 raids rotating with the Awakened instance modifier, so we'll need to give the user new visibility options for the raid section.

Suggested options:

Show none
Show all
Show Awakened only
Show specific raids *
- Raid 1
- Raid 2
- Raid 3

* Not sure how to build the dropdowns for this. Maybe have them listed as a third submenu level which is only active if the last option is active ?

For now the easiest solution would be adding just one more option "Show Awakened raid only". This option should only be visible in season 4 (12). Need to add a filter to :GetRaids() as well.
