Currently the maxQuantity is saved per character, which means it may cause some bugs across resets or when Blizzard disables the weekly maximum earned during the season.

Bugged (because of old saved data):

Correct maximum quantity (use this across characters instead):

This was just a temp. bug and isn't really an issue anymore.
