Debuff conditionals not working with /equip #48

I'm trying to equip a weapon based on whether or not the target has a debuff. e.g.

/equip [@target nodebuff:Armor_Shatter] Annihilator

I've tried /equip [nodebuff:Armor_Shatter @target] Annihilator
