Mouseover does not work with luna frames if tooltips are disabled #72

If tooltips are completely disabled or disabled in combat then mouseover casting does not work when mousing over unit frames. Using luna v.2225

Apparently luna has a /lunamo command that does a mouseover cast only if you are targeting a frame, e.g. /lunamo Chain Heal
