Wrong column order after adding ScoreSaber ID after initial setup #35

When a ScoreSaber ID is added after the initial setup (when there first wasn't one, or it's the first setup), the button to add a map to a playlist is in the middle. The columns that belong to ScoreSaber related data seem to be appended to the end.
