New registration flow

Users will be able to register only with Facebook and only if they have > 50 friends. Old users will still be able to log in via username / password.

@donika-kraeva @neptox what about DentaVox users trying to access the TRP? Should we implement FB only registration there ( I'd expect the same scamming attemps there, if not more ) OR Should we keep it as it is and require users to connect to FB if they want ot use TRP?

@donika-kraeva @neptox As discussed with @SergeyUshakov we now have unified Registration and Login system. Both platforms require FB verification for registration and allow old users to login via email + password.

Here's the new Claim profile flow:

• Users add dentists via the Add Dentist feature
• Dentists receive email with claim link
• Dentist profiles added via "Add Dentist" have "Is this you? -> Claim profile" buttons in their public profiles and their phones and emails are never displayed
• When the button is clicked, the user is presented with 2 options - SMS and Email. Both require the user to know the phone number or email used when adding the profile.
• If you choose SMS -> we send you a code which you ahve to enter. At the end you are redirected to the Claim profile page
• If you choose Email -> we send you an email with a claim link ( same as you receive when you get added to the system )
• In all cases you end up on the Claim Profile page which requires you to connect your Facebook profile. Text placeholders are different from those in the registration form in case you want to give different instructions.
• After connecting to Facebook you get a custom confirmation message ( different from normal & invite registration success messages )
