The recaptcha API script is the only script that doesn't get hit by the defer script in the functions file.

Add the defer option to the wp_enqueue_scripts call in the functions file

There's a function which we've added to the functions file that parses all the JS files and adds the defer attribute to the script tags, but it doesn't seem to work for the recaptcha API.
