Footer Bugs #794

Describe the bug The following issues are in the new footer style

  1. The logo in the footer has a forced black background ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  2. The hours are not pulling from the client info
  3. No option to change the background of the footer

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://chapelhill23.wpenginepowered.com/
  2. Navigate to the footer.
  3. Observe the above issues

This branch should be used for #797 as well.

@eplumb897 I'm adding an option to change the color for the footer, for either style. As we've seen before, WordPress's color picker doesn't let us use transparency, but we could use that if you put in the rgba values. So you would enter in something like rgba(0,0,0,0.7) in the field in the admin dashboard. Does that work for you?

A lot of good changes on this ticket, but the company hours will need to be input in a new way (listing all the days, then the hours, instead of alternating days and hours): Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm 9am-5pm 9am-5pm 9am-5pm 9am-5pm Closed
