Describe the bug In header style C, the "tracknum" class is being added twice to the new patient phone number.
To Reproduce https://github.com/Dental-Revenue/Codebase-2-Dev/blob/master/partials/header.php
Expected behavior The "tracknum" class should only be applied to the phone number, not the words "New Patient"
Additional context We also need to figure out when this change was made, and track down any sites that have that version.
