Webcams wont work with usb to ethernet #1

This works great for using a usb to ethernet adapter but on my Speederpad it makes my webcams stop working. They'll glitch out and artifact for a bit then go black. If i restart crowsnest they'll work for a bit and crash again.

Odd, For me I've used two different webcams and both have worked perfect. I have no idea why it would work for some and not for others, just thought it'd be an interesting piece of information in the puzzle. I didn't install crowsnest though.
