Hello, there is no 64-bit Debug version under the window

I found the 64-bit version of Release at address https://sourceforge.net/projects/openil/files/DevIL%20Win32%20and%20Win64/.

But here I don't see the Debug version. Is there a Debug version available elsewhere?
