Implement the dmi lightning download command for which there is a code skeleton. It must download a list of lightning strikes from the lightning data API: https://confluence.govcloud.dk/display/FDAPI/Lightning+data

Required output format:

one CSV file, UTF-8, no header
one row per lightning strike event
data per event:
- timestamp of event in UTC timezone (ISO 8601 string)
- longitude and latitude (the triangulated position of the strike)
- lightning type (https://confluence.govcloud.dk/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=37355739)

Other requirements:

Acquire your own API key from the Danish Meteorological Institute: https://confluence.govcloud.dk/display/FDAPI.
We expect use of requests to access the API and pandas for collecting and outputting data to CSV.
It must be possible to download e.g. all lightning strikes in 2020.
Use standard fork/feature branch/pull request procedures as appropriate. Branching/PRs should be from/to develop.

For C# use case please use Pandas equivalent and use best practices in developing the required output format
