[x] style title/image like Darrin's essays
- [x] add audio file and icon in center, below blurb @1000camels, can I do this in Markdown once file is added to repo?
[x] transcript below footnote. @1000camels is this possible? If not, breakout page with transcript and audio link again (see Perfectly Imperfect: @vhellstein can create Markdown page if we go this route
[x] convert and add audio file to repo @mpopke
[x] change title to: A FOREST WALK: AN AUDIO GUIDED PRACTICE @vhellstein
[x] add recognition of Emergence somewhere @vhellstein

@vhellstein Where is the transcript? We can add it in an accordion section

Once we have an image assigned, we can change the layout from page to essay and it will use the hero image like the other three essays.

You can definitely add between the accordion tag. But I am also happy to add it

[x] @mpopke we need to see caption that credits source. I already added this to the figure.yaml
[x] @mpopke If possible, don’t repeat title above play bar
[x] @vhellstein can change md file to insert audio bar below introductory text, above transcript.

@1000camels there's a weird colon in between the title and subtitle on this page. What's with that?
