--I am working with Einor to figure out which images will go with the Director's foreword, Collector's note, and the symposium essays... --McCormick essay: fig. 1=2018_164; fig. 2=2021_206; fig. 3=2021_196 --Illustrations missing in Fister's long essay --Inner Chambers: first image should be 2018_255 --Literati Circles: some images missing --Tanking the Tonsure: the Travel Journal (2021.206)--there are multiple pages for this. If possible, Einor would like to be able to click on the image and then flip through the available images. --Unstoppable: need both front and back of that first image

Great. I am working on general effects and layout code, so that we can better position the images. I was working on the Fister essay and seeing that many of those images are not in the system, so they need to be added.

Okay, I will work with @mpopke to make sure all of the images are in the system. (Kicking myself, as I should have made an image log for this catalog!!! Next time!)

I am realising that there is an issue with background-images not appearing when it is deployed. Inline images work fine. Something is strange about the environment and I have not resolved it yet

From Einor: think of accompanying figures not as illustrations but as design elements on the page- let them take over the screen [see her keynote presentation]. The viewer will be able to see the image in its entirety when clicking on them. --when possible, use entire width of page for horizontal images

@1000camels There are also some instances when several images are called out at once, or in close succession (e.g. Einor's introduction and I think in her Study Collection essay too). Can we put 3 or 4 images in a single row above the paragraph that takes up the width of the page?
