Enhancement: Make bold-italic a combination of bold and italic #3

Feature overview

Currently, sans bold, sans italic, and sans bold-italic are separate buttons.

Since bold-italic is both bold and italic, it could instead be implemented as a combination of both buttons pressed.

May be too confusing since most buttons completely swap out the character sets so the behavior would be unexpected
