PermissionSet Object not available #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PermissionSet object is missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? 16.03 - 7/14/2011
On what operating system?  XP
what Salesforce.com edition? Winter '11 - Enterprise

I read in the SFDC documentation that you need to use API 22.0 or higher to 
have the permissionset objects exposed.  How do I upgrade that in excel 
connector?

.  Looks like Salesforce has no interest in updating the Office Toolkit to a 
later API at this time.

Yup, will have to wait until i re-write the connector to not use the salesforce 
office toolkit, someday i guess.
