Team presets for protein and farming #22

Attach select team preset drop down for the protein and farming calculator similar to the expedition calculator.

If I save my data without any protein pets equipped, I will need to go back into the game, equip my protein team, save and re-upload. Same story with the farming calculator, the calculators can be thrown off based on the current pets equiped.

Allowing us to select the team we want to use on these pages would cut out a lot of re-uploads.

I'll leave this to ferment. It's a big task (at least in my mind at the moment) but if someone else wants to take this up, or everything else is squared away I'll take a look into this
