API: Add more search criteria for projects

More search criteria should be proposed to find projects through API. Ideally we would like to search through all standard and custom properties.

Current Behavior:

• /api/v1/project supports name and undocumented searchText but it search only through name

REM:

• /api/v1/search and /api/v1/search/project searches only through name but it is likely ok as this

Proposed Behavior:

Add additional search properties to /api/va/project to tune filer: group, version, classifier, purl, swidTagId, ... Also searching through custom properties would be terrific.

Good idea. Please note there's also:

• api/v1/project/tag to search by tag
• api/v1/project/lookup to search by name+version
