Search Filter does not work when viewing projects using classifier

Current Behavior

When using a classifier to view a subset of projects then the search filter does not work. ie when (say) 60 projects use the classifier, one cannot use the search filter to cut the display down further. Nothing at all happens.

This behaviour is similar to the defect with tag filtering, reported in #405 and fixed in v4.6.0

Steps to Reproduce

Whilst defect was seen in DT with about 220 projects total, this should be easy to reproduce with a fresh install and just a few projects...

Create 4 projects: AAA, XXY, XXZ, YYY
Edit projects to specify classifier Application for all except AAA
In the project view, click on the classifier Application for any project that has that classifier (ie, click on any link that says "Application").
This will load /projects/?classifier=APPLICATION and display XXY, XXZ, YYY
Now try and use search filter field. Type XX. All 3 projects are still displayed... YYY has not been filtered.

Expected Behavior

Search filter should still work when in "classifier view".
