Components are not visible for a subdomain if it's not having any child subdomains.

@piyush94 can you send a screen shot of your domain structure?

@sbtaylor15 I had to create a DummyDomain for the treeview to be expandable in the component hub to access components.

Sub Domain treeview was not expandable until i created the DummyDomain sub domain.

This issue is not happening if the user is part of GLOBAL domain.

@piyush94 - that explains why I can't recreate it. Let me change users and debug the issue.
