fill db with demodata during build #39

demodata should contain

[ ] set of collage images + logo (probably requires a demodata dir in the repository)
[ ] some db cats to search for (incl. image attachments)
[ ] some users
[ ] some cat form submits (related to above mentioned users, including image attachments)
[ ] some member form submits

won't do this, too much overhead for the gain

we'll simplify this a bit in that we just copy over demo assets that are committed, which are related to the sql file that's also committed. this should give us proper demodata
