allow cat connection to blog entries #47

you should be able to link one or multiple cats within a blog post. select cats, then refer to them within wysiwyg editor ([Cat-1] or something). show wysiwyg shortcode with each cat selector. optional: provide multiple cat views (templates)? selectable via dropdown?

[x] pagination / async endless scroll
[x] possibility [cat,id=1] shortcode works, but link to cat does not
[x] cat shortcode selector (id is a bit difficult to find for a user)
