Highlight/hide installed modules in Explore tab #181

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For example, I have Play Integrity Fix installed, it shows at Installed tab, but in Explore tab (and also in module page) there's no way to tell if the module is installed or not. I need to manually go to Installed tab and search for whether it has been installed or not

Describe the solution you'd like It would be cool to have some kind of a hint that this module is already installed, like an icon or highlighting a module pane

Feature has been implanted it will be available in V2.18.17
