load flat osm tiles where no glb is available #36

As a fallback (and for looking anywhere on the world), we could download osm png tiles and put them flat on the ground

Do you know the OSM default API? https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/12345/67890/15.png To request in parallel, it's a/b/c/d I think.
