Unfortunately, there is no offering except TransposonDB, which is organized according to our and not Wickers scheme. When designing our scheme we were considering the peculiarities of many different databases and schemes, more than Wicker had available at his time. We think that our scheme is a good balance between all single database schemes.
Yes, access to different Transposon Databases changed over time, which is why we aimed to aggregate and present them as a whole to preserve it for future studies.

I'm seeking to access TE sequences of types like 5S, 7SL, Crypton, Merlin, P, and R2, but TransposonDB isn't organized in the Wicker system. Is there a way to obtain these specific TE sequences from TransposonDB? In your paper, you mentioned that TransposonDB aggregates data from ten databases. I attempted to access these ten TE databases, but apart from RepBase, Soytedb, TrepDB, I couldn't access the other websites.
